Dispatch

In-stock, non-monogrammed orders ship within 48 hours of purchase from our atelier. Monogrammed pieces require additional hand-finishing time before dispatch.

Shipping & Duties

Shipping is complimentary. For orders to the US, UK, and EU, duties are included — the price at checkout is the final price, with nothing to settle on delivery.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Please report a lost or damaged delivery within 14 days so we can make it right.
