Agreement

These Terms govern purchases from Maison Aurelle and use of themaisonaurelle.com. By placing an order you agree to them. The full Terms of Service are also available at themaisonaurelle.com/terms.

Products

Our bags are hand-made in Ubrique, Spain from natural full-grain leather; slight variation in grain and tone between pieces and photographs is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. First-production-run bags are individually numbered; numbers are sequential and cannot be requested.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. For the US, UK, and EU, duties are included at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it on dispatch. We may decline orders where we suspect fraud, pricing error, or resale operations, with a full refund of any amount paid. You may cancel a non-monogrammed order any time before it ships.

Returns & Repair

30-day complimentary returns and exchanges (monogrammed items are final sale) and a lifetime repair guarantee for defects in materials and workmanship — see our Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Site content, imagery, and branding are owned by Maison Aurelle and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. Product imagery includes photography and digitally produced renders of our products. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to place orders.

Liability & Governing Law

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
